Travis Saam and Clayton McCall founded Northwest Emergency Vehicle Upfitters with a shared commitment to delivering dependable, high-quality vehicle upfitting services to the agencies, fleets, and organizations that serve our communities.

Having built a trusted working relationship over more than 25 years, they combined technical expertise, operational leadership, and a customer-first mindset to create a company focused on craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term partnerships.

Travis Saam
Co-Owner | Managing Member

Travis Saam is a Founder and Managing Member of Northwest Emergency Vehicle Upfitters and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and business management. Throughout his career, Travis has led teams and organizations ranging from production environments to executive leadership roles, with a focus on building strong teams, improving performance, driving growth, and delivering results for customers. Prior to launching Northwest Emergency Vehicle Upfitters, Travis spent much of his career supporting highly demanding manufacturing and defense-related operations, including programs supporting the U.S. military and government customers. Those experiences built a foundation of precision, accountability, and operational excellence that continue to guide the company today as it serves public safety, fleet, and specialty vehicle customers throughout the region.

Clayton McCall
Co-Owner | Director of Technical Operations & Vehicle Integration

Clayton McCall is also a Founder. bringing more than 20 years of experience in the aftermarket electronics industry and serves as the technical lead behind Northwest Emergency Vehicle Upfitters’ installation and vehicle integration capabilities. His background includes education through Apollo Career Center and specialized experience at General Dynamics supporting electrical systems on the Abrams Main Battle Tank and Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle platform. Clayton has a passion for clean, professional installations and enjoys solving complex technical challenges through thoughtful design and precision workmanship. From custom wiring harnesses to advanced vehicle electrical integration, he is committed to continuously learning, refining his craft, and delivering dependable solutions that customers can trust.
